Solbyne Terms, Privacy & Session Policies

Last updated: October 2026

By purchasing, booking, or participating in a Solbyne Support Session, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and policies.

Solbyne Support Sessions

Solbyne Support Sessions are private, supportive conversations designed for individuals navigating blended-family relationships, changing family roles, boundaries, difficult dynamics, or related personal challenges.

Sessions may include reflective questions, perspective-building exercises, communication strategies, boundary exploration, and practical tools intended to help you organize your thoughts, better understand your situation, and consider possible next steps.

Important Disclaimer

Solbyne Support Sessions are educational and supportive in nature.

They are not medical care, mental health treatment, psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, legal advice, or professional healthcare services.

Solbyne and its representatives are not acting as physicians, psychologists, psychiatrists, licensed therapists, counselors, attorneys, or other healthcare or licensed professionals during these sessions.

Information, observations, questions, or suggestions shared during a session are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition and should not be considered a substitute for care or advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, relationships, and well-being.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, severe emotional distress, or thoughts of harming yourself or someone else, please seek immediate assistance from an appropriate emergency service or qualified healthcare professional.

Booking Information

When booking a session, you may be asked to provide information about what you would like to discuss or what you hope to gain from the session.

Please provide only information that you are comfortable sharing.

Do not submit highly sensitive medical information, financial account information, passwords, Social Security numbers, emergency information, or other information that is unnecessary for scheduling or preparing for your session.

Information provided before the session is used to help prepare for your conversation and better understand the topics you would like to discuss.

Remote Sessions

Solbyne Support Sessions are conducted remotely using the video or communication platform identified at the time of booking.

You are responsible for having a reliable internet connection, appropriate equipment, and a reasonably private environment for your session.

While reasonable efforts are made to provide a smooth remote experience, Solbyne is not responsible for interruptions caused by internet outages, device problems, third-party platform issues, or other technical difficulties outside of its control.

If a significant technical problem prevents the session from taking place, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please contact Solbyne as soon as possible.

Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate scheduling changes when advance notice is provided.

Repeated last-minute cancellations, missed appointments, or scheduling changes may be handled at Solbyne's discretion.

Refund Policy

All purchases and booked sessions are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may be considered in unusual or extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

If you believe your circumstances warrant special consideration, please contact Solbyne. Submitting a request does not guarantee that a refund will be issued.

When appropriate, Solbyne may offer another resolution, such as rescheduling or applying the amount paid toward a future session.
